Mixed Media art journal page - Time

In this video I will show you an easy mixed media art journal page. This page is a reflection on how I am feeling at the moment and I think a very important message for everyone. This page is easy to create, you could even use a cup to draw around and cut out the circles.

The message in this art journal page is: Time is a great healer, which I think is so important. Whatever you are going through in life unfortunately you cant go back in time and change it, but if you give it time (even years) things will get better one step at a time.
